2024 – 2025 Prices

Himalayan Vacation Treks & Expedition offers standard pricing for most treks and expeditions, based on the number of participants:

  • Minimum 2 participants: Standard prices apply.
  • 4 to 6 participants: 10% discount.
  • 7 to 10 participants: 12% discount.
  • 11 to 14 participants: 15% discount.

Prices listed on our website are valid for the 2024 – 2025 period.

Bookings and Payments

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required within 120 days of the planned departure date. Payments should be made to:

An additional 50% of the total cost is due no later than 60 days before the departure date. The remaining 50% must be settled upon arrival in Kathmandu, either via bank transfer or in cash. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment Methods:

  • Preferred: Bank transfer.
  • Alternative: Credit card (Visa or MasterCard) with an additional 4% commission to cover bank charges.
  • Local Payments: Cash payments for on-the-spot expenses are required upon arrival.

Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of all company terms and conditions.

For changes in departure dates: Notify us in writing at least 30 days before the trip starts.

No refunds will be provided for unused trip arrangements once the trip has commenced.

Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • 120 – 91 days before departure: 10% of trip cost
  • 90 – 46 days before departure: 25% of trip cost
  • 45 – 16 days before departure: 50% of trip cost
  • 15 days or less before departure: 75% of trip cost
