Which Castes live in the higher Mountains. Himalaya of Nepal?

Most are of Mongolian hereditary. The Sherpa, Tamang, Gurung, and Rai are the larger caste ethnicities. The Sherpa and Tamang are members of the Tibetan diaspora.
