If your illness appears to be of the non-critical sort, a staff will remain with you until you can continue the trek.  If the illness is serious, you will be evacuated by vehicle or helicopter and you will be taken to a hospital in Kathmandu for evaluation and treatment. Our crew is versed in medical and emergency care and they carry a comprehensive first aid kit.
